I ordered this hair twice. I was pleased with this product because it was long lasting and withstood multiple shampoos without tangling or matting. However shipping was unreliable and last order was not fulfilled without Arabella providing explanations . Order was eventually cancelled.

I love this hair. Minimal shedding. Flows in the wind.

The hair is beautiful and soft and does not shed. I received the hair within 3 days and customer service is great. The hair did not have an awkward smell which I’da plus. I installed almost 2 weeks ago and the hair still looks amazing. I will definitely be ordering from this vendor again in the near future.
