The hair is extremely soft, true to length and density. I put it on and my first thought, was hot much it looks like I took my own hair and got a relaxer or a blow out and flat iron. It takes heat very well also! This is my first time “melting” a lace and it was super easy with their lace. You can bleach knots, but I opted not to. Overall 10/10 I do recommend, and this is now my official go to store for buying hair
