5.About Tax
Usually you do not need to pay taxes, but if your country's customs is more stringent, you will be charged a certain amount of duties. We usually try to avoid tariffs for you as a low-declared invoice with parcels, however, it is not 100%. You will need to pay the duties if the custom still charges customs duties.
6.Additional Notes:
(1)One day in a week won’t process orders— U.S Saturday. Shipping companies all close on Sunday. Local logistics deliver on business days.
(2)Orders will only be remained for 5 working days after placement when phone number missing or unclear address. Longer than that, order will be canceled and money will be returned accordingly. So please make sure that you leave correct shipping address(PO Box, APO, FPO, military address not acceptable) and telephone number when place order. Free shipping means no shipping fee no matter the order price.
(3)The above logistics time is for reference only, the specific transportation time shall be subject to the logistics company.

A: Yes. All our hair is 100% virgin human hair.
It can be dyed, bleached, straightened, or curled. Please treat it like your own hair and avoid excessive heat to extend its lifespan.
Q: Does your wig require glue?
A: Our 6x5 and 13x6 wigs feature a glueless design with adjustable straps, combs, and a drawstring for a natural fit, allowing you to wear it easily, wear to go! While 13x4 lace wigs are usually installed with glue or adhesive for a secure fit.
Q: How to care your hair?
A: Regular detangling with a suitable comb, washing it every 2-3 weeks with wig-friendly shampoo, and using a spray-on conditioner for moisture and shine are key. Avoid rubbing or wringing during washing, and allow the wig to air dry on a stand.




Q: Does the wig look the same as the pictures on the website?
A: Yes. Most of our wig photos are taken from real products. Minor changes may occur during shipping, but the wig can be easily restored with light styling after arrival. Significant color differences are rare; slight variations may occur due to lighting, angles, or display settings.
