How to Choose the Perfect Wig Density for You
Understanding the difference between a 150 and 180 density wig, or between a 180 and 200 density wig, is only the first step. The right choice depends on your style, needs, and comfort. Here are key tips to guide your choice:
-
● Budget: Higher-density wigs generally cost more due to the extra hair and labor involved. If you're new to wigs or buying multiple styles, starting with a 150 density may be more affordable while still offering a natural look.
-
● Face Shape: Fuller densities can add width to round or heart-shaped faces, creating a softer frame, while lighter densities highlight sharper jawlines and bone structure, ideal for oval or square faces.
-
● Occasion: For weddings, photoshoots, or stage performances, higher densities (180 or 200) offer instant impact. For daily office wear or casual settings, a lighter 150 density is easier to manage and more comfortable.
-
● Natural Hair Density: If your natural hair is thick, matching with a higher-density wig ensures a seamless blend. If your hair is fine, a moderate density avoids looking unnaturally bulky.
-
● Natural Hair Type: Curly or wavy hair naturally appears fuller, so you may not need extreme density. Straight or silky textures often benefit from higher density, like the 180 option, to achieve a voluminous, styled look.

I am looking for 130 density wigs , looks more natural. Do you have any in water wave, curly. If you don’t have any please start adding those to your collections. All of those other density’s do not look natural, makes your head look bigger than it actually is but most girls do t realize that because they have short hair. NATURALLY LOOKING LON HAIR IS KEY!!!!
