Bought 2 wigs and was told they were thick, received them and wanted to to return instantly. The website says 30 day free returns but they said they’re not accepting the return and only gave me $25 back and said I could get $15 off my next order. Now that I placed the next order since I had to buy bundles to thicken the thin wigs they sent me. They said they can’t refund me 15. They lie to you and take our money
The install was super easy, the texture and color was beautiful & the shipping was extremely fast! Will order again for sure.
P.S. I added 613 tracks into the wig to give it a lighter highlight without having to bleach and I also blew out the wig and wand curled it.
This wig is absolutely Gorgeous!! It is full, doesn't tangle, minimal shedding, no weird smell, does excellent with different hair products on it, easy to wash and doesn't tangle or matte, easy customize lace, easy to pluck lace,I will definitely be recommending to friends!!!
